Qualities for the middle and front aspect of the eye

The middle and front part of the eye is connected with the limbic brain. This part of the brain is often referred to as our social and emotional brain. The empiric research in Eyebody is in accordance with these findings.

The following description intents to support your conscious directing and envisaging from the upper visual cortex of the visual system, eg in your Eyebody meditation.

  • Ciliary folds: letting go of attachments to failure and stuck-ness, letting go of attachments to resisting movement – intentions for successfulness and movement out of consciousness
  • Aqueous humour fluid behind the lens: letting go of attachments to getting older – intentions for youthfulness out of consciousness
  • Lens membrane: letting go of generational blur – intentions for clarity out of consciousness on all levels
  • Lens fluid: letting go of attachments to shallowness, resisting wisdom – intentions for wisdom out of consciousness
  • Aqueous humour fluid in front of the lens, behind the iris:  letting go of attachments to stinginess – intentions for generosity out of consciousness
  • Back of the iris: letting go of attachments to needing to help or resisting to help –intentions for care out of consciousness
  • Pupil within the iris: letting go of resistances and generational resistances – intentions for surrender to living soul’s purpose out of consciousness
  • Iris: letting go of attachments to love, wanting to be loved, resisting love – intentions for love out of consciousness
  • Aqueous humour fluid in front of the iris: letting go of attachments to suffering and pity – intentions for compassion out of consciousness
  • Aqueous humour fluid before the cornea: letting go of attachments to blaming – intentions of responsibility, the ability to respond out of consciousness
  • Cornea: letting go of attachments to guilt and shame – intentions for forgiveness out of consciousness
  • Conjunctiva: letting go of attachments to resisting gratitude – intentions for gratitude out of consciousness

In this way you consciously invite relevant aspects in your Eyebody practice when dealing or resonating with certain themes. They will then support your healing and transformation, in your relationship with yourself, with others and life in general.
