Important instructions
For booking you need an Eyebody customer account. You have to log in to your existing customer account or create a new one when you book your first appointment. The corresponding steps will be displayed during the payment process.
Your Eyebody Consultant will send you a link to the Zoom Meeting to your e-mail address before the online session starts. Please ensure yourself that you can receive these e-mails securely.
You can cancel or reschedule a booked appointment online up to 24 hours before the scheduled start. You will find the corresponding functions in your customer account under this link: https://www.eyebody.com/my-account/appointments/
